What You’ll Do
- Strip, wax, and refinish floors in schools and other commercial properties
- Move furniture — desks, chairs, tables, cabinets — in and out of work areas
- Operate floor care equipment under supervision (training provided for the right people)
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Travel with the crew from our Gulfport hub to school and commercial sites — transportation provided
- Dependable workers who show up on time, every time
- Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and move furniture for extended periods
- Willing to work long hours and weekends throughout the summer
- Clean background — a background check is required (we work inside schools)
- Floor tech, stripping, and waxing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Steady, full-summer work with a real opportunity to stay on as we expand through year-end
- Transportation provided from Gulfport to every job site
